General meetings held 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2715 Dean Ave DM IA starting at 6:00 pm.
Board meetings held 2nd Thursday of every odd month at 2801 Dean Ave starts at 6:30 pm.

Boundaries of FNA
North boundary - south side of University Avenue
South and West boundary - the railroad tracks that run north/south near E. 20th and turn to the east/south of Dean Avenue
East boundary - the west side of East 30th Street
Neighborhood Overview
1. Membership in the association is open to all adults and property owners residing withing the Association's boundaries.
2. Each active adult member of the Association who has attended at least one previous meeting shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members.
3. There are no membership dues to become a member. Contributions are accepted.
